    I have bought parts from them of my L565 printer for DIY repair, as my movement is limited and taking printer wasn't an option for me either, so I asked them for parts and they provided. They provide OEM epson parts and Epson authorized repairs. Mr Bikash is a very helpful guy who helped me regarding the purchase. If you're not able to service or repair printer(s) by yourself I suggest you to take you printer to them for service. As printers are very complex as for the internal mechanisms and requires time and patience I wish they provide online purchase and delivery options in future, good luck to them. I will surely visit them again for parts and repairs
